As a Scrum Master Marcin takes care of the Scrum processes and looks for opportunities for further improvement. He enjoys working with people and finding solutions to the problems they encounter in their work. It gives him a chance to learn new things all the time.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and he is a lawyer by profession. He worked at a business law firm and supported the commercial team as a lawyer and a commercial director for twelve years.
In his free time, he enjoys reading biographies and books about human nature and psychology. Sometimes he plays golf or rides a bike. He loves spending his vacation in the Italian countryside, near the sea. There are not many attractions, restaurants or game rooms, so it helps clear his mind a lot.
His life motto is: why so serious? His life philosophy is: enjoy your life! You only have one chance. His biggest dream is a small house in the Italian countryside, near the sea.

I’d love to live in Portofino for sea views, food, lifestyle and weather.
