Karolina manages the marketing team members and projects. She translates Onely’s strategies into tasks and ensures we implement them on time. She also works with R&D & development teams and engages in various projects and processes within the company. Whenever anybody needs something to happen, she does her best to help.
She works with different Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban and believes in the approach that almost everything in your life can be treated as a project.
She enjoys traveling, staying in different places for longer, and soaking in local life. In her free time, she takes long walks in nature, listens to music, reads books, watches Disney movies and builds lego.
